Send your request to the contact form below. We aim to acknowledge every request within 24 hours and to resolve it as quickly as possible, normally within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

2. What to include

• Your name and contact details.
• The exact page address (URL) concerned.
• What the issue is — incorrect information, copyright, trademark, privacy, or anything else.
• If you are a rights holder or represent one, a short note confirming that.

3. What we will do

Material that is wrong, or that a rights holder or data source asks us not to display, will be corrected or removed. We do not require a court order to act on a reasonable request. Acting on a request is a matter of cooperation and is not an admission of any wrongdoing or liability.

4. Data sources

If you operate a public information service used by this website and would prefer that we stop using it, tell us and access will be stopped immediately.

5. Names and trademarks

“Indian Railways”, “IRCTC”, “Rajdhani”, “Shatabdi”, “Vande Bharat” and all similar names and marks belong to their owners. They appear here only to identify trains and services factually, and imply no association, endorsement or sponsorship. If any owner considers a use inappropriate, it will be changed or removed on request.
